Mr. Thomas has twenty-four years of experience in project management and HVAC systems design for a wide variety of health care, institutional, industrial, educational and commercial facilities. He has a thorough knowledge of technical criteria, standard codes, and contractual procedures. As a specialty, he has been responsible for numerous energy management and energy retrofit projects. His expertise includes specialized applications associated with Green Building Design. He is a LEED accredited professional as certified by the U.S. Green Building Council and the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Program.
