Prime consultant for mechanical/electrical and structural replacement of existing steam distribution including 1500 linear feet of concrete box tunnel system for the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. Work included low-pressure steam and condensate, and underground utility relocation of high-pressure natural gas, sanitary, storm, water and high voltage electrical systems. |

HVAC design for 26,500 Square Foot addition and 17,500 Square Foot renovation to create a new 39 bed Maternity Suite, including Post-Partum, Labor, Delivery and Support Areas. Design included custom penthouse air handling units with five air tunnels and a common maintenance vestibule connected to a mechanical penthouse which housed the chilled water plant. |
