Project

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany sponsored Senior Center for Independent Living. Consisting of 128 spacious apartments, 24 cottages, a commons building with restaurant and recreational facilities known as Town Center with a warm and casual atmosphere of an Adirondack lodge.

M/E Role

Assisted the Owner with commissioning and startup of MEP systems throughout the apartments and Commons Building.
