High School Addition

Project

Visual arts and performing arts classroom addition to the Aquinas Institute High School.  HVAC Systems consisted of a central variable air volume unit.  Electrical systems included main service upgrade, expansion of the existing PA, clock and intercom system and a theatrical lighting and sound system.

M/E Role

Complete HVAC, plumbing and electrical design.  M/E provided project scoping, analysis of system alternates, cost estimating, contract document production and construction administration services.

Challenges

Project phasing and scheduling was critical to complete this project in a timely fashion without jeopardizing student safety.
