New 55,000 Square Foot Courts Facility, renovation of adjacent 45,000 Square Foot structure for Office and Support Space and 26,000 Square Foot below grade Parking Garage for New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division in Rochester, New York.

M/E Role

Design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, fire alarm, security/CCTV/access control and telephone/data systems in addition to H/P/E systems upgrades and renovations to an existing office structure.

Challenges

Construction of a new facility to house new Courtrooms, Law Library and Secure Parking Facility, and extensive renovations to adjacent office structure to accommodate office and support functions on a tight construction and move schedule which maintained ongoing court functions.
