Renovate existing office building floor in downtown Albany, NY as a Class A Corporate Law Office. Obtained LEED-CI (Commercial Interiors) Silver Rating.

M/E Role

Design of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems for the tenant fit up within an existing office building. M/E Engineering provided complete LEED and Commissioning Services.
