Project Highlights

Design and construct a community ice facility housing two (2) NHL sized ice rinks, with associated dressing room space, public concourse area, food and beverage concession area, retail spaces, community room, spectator viewing area, administrative offices and all associated service space required to operate this type of facility.

Challenges

All low grade heat energy was provided by the CIMCO ice refrigeration equipment and used to heat the building. This required custom air handling equipment sized to provide usable heat since only 95°F utility water was available.
