A new three-story, 75 unit SRO building, a 24 unit independent living (affordable housing) apartment building and a 14 unit special needs apartment building in downtown Rochester, NY.
Challenges
Converted a 3-story historic convent building into 14 special needs apartments (originally built in 1910).
