We are excited to announce that M/E Engineering has joined Salas O’Brien, effective October 2025. Our offices will remain under the same leadership, and our clients can continue to expect the same team and level of service. Western New York’s largest and longest-standing Ambulatory Surgery Center expanded with a new, state-of-the-art facility designed to perform same-day surgery procedures for the surrounding communities. The new multi-specialty center is equipped with six (6) operating rooms with the capacity for future OR expansion, along with pre-op, post-op, decontamination, sterilization, locker rooms, and waiting areas.
Full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services were provided for the facility including custom packaged rooftop AHUs, hot water and steam boilers, medical gas systems, telecom infrastructure, and emergency generator power. Commissioning services were also provided in accordance with FGI guidelines to ensure systems were installed and operating as efficiently as possible.
