The Downstream Casino Resort spans 40 acres at the three-corner border of Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. The 70,000 sq. ft. gaming floor features over 2,000 slot machines, 45 table games, 15 poker tables, a high-limit area, and a race book, complemented by multiple restaurants, retail shops, and 8,000 SF of meeting space.
M/E Engineering completed the design and construction administration for the HVAC, power, specialty lighting, IT, fire protection and plumbing systems for these additions for the luxury hotel and casino. A 12-story, 222-room luxury hotel with a spa and conference center was also added, making Downstream a leading destination for gaming, entertainment, and events in the region.
