The Hamburg Gaming transformed its existing buffet restaurant, operated by Delaware North, into indulge, a modern and casual food hall. The renovation aimed to offer guests a dynamic dining experience. Prior to the redesign, the restaurant was separated from the gaming floor, making it easy for patrons to overlook. The new layout now integrates the food hall more seamlessly into the gaming environment.
Mechanical and electrical engineering design of modifications to the existing HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems associated with the kitchen, serving and dining areas in the Hamburg Gaming facility. The MEP systems were modified to support the new kitchen equipment. Specialty lighting was designed to accent the architectural features in the renovated spaces.
