We are excited to announce that M/E Engineering has joined Salas O’Brien, effective October 2025. Our offices will remain under the same leadership, and our clients can continue to expect the same team and level of service. As M/E and Salas O’Brien work together, we believe clients will benefit from our combined expertise and geographic reach.
This new parking garage has nearly 1,000 spots and is part of the larger Strong Neighborhood of Play project, which is transforming the Downtown Rochester area. The easily accessible, attractive garage replaced the old surface lot and in turn freed up space to expand the museum, build a hotel, and add retail and housing.
M/E provided full MEP and fire protection engineering design for this project, including storm drainage, dry standpipes, interior garage lighting, security cameras, power, and fire alarm.
