Complete renovation of a 24,000 SF leased facility in the Fairport Village Landing. All spaces were reconfigured to improve circulation and transform the 1970's aesthetics into a 21st Century Public Library. Sight lines to the outside were improved to eliminate the perception that the Library is located in a basement. All spaces were provided with climate control via high efficiency rooftop units and easy access to the intranet.
