Student Services Center Addition

Finger Lakes Community College

Construction of a new $26M student services building of which $8.2M was for M/E/P systems. The building is approximately 78,000 SF, housing classrooms, dining, kitchen, student services offices (financial aid, bursar, etc.), bookstore and auditorium. The building was constructed with its own central plant utilizing high efficiency boilers, chillers, cooling towers, water-side economizer, and air handling systems. Additionally, the building contains a 40 kW solar array.
