Global Village at Rochester Institute of Technology is a modern, upscale residential community designed specifically for graduate students. Construction included student common areas on every floor, complete with study and lounge spaces, smart TVs, vending services, and full building-wide Wi-Fi—creating a vibrant, connected living experience tailored to graduate life.
The project was completed in 2 phases: Phase I established the core residential and retail village, while Phase II expanded the community with a new graduate residence hall that enhances both living and learning environments. Our design-build connected the building to campus central systems for power, chilled water, medium temperature & hot water, domestic water, sanitary plumbing and communications systems.
