The Pan-American Square Apartments is an affordable housing development comprising 150 units across three (3) interconnected buildings linked by corridor connections. The project transforms a long-abandoned North Buffalo rail line site into a vibrant residential community. The development offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with fully ADA-accessible units, shared common spaces, transportation support services, and outdoor amenities designed to promote community engagement and quality of life.
Professional services for the project included mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design across all buildings. The development was designed to meet Passive House standards and achieve a net-zero carbon-built environment, earning its PHIUS certification in 2026.
