A 30-story former corporate tower transformed into urban student housing and high-tech commercial space in the heart of Downtown Rochester’s Innovation Zone. Innovation Square provides a collaborative campus where students from multiple colleges and institutions can live, learn, and innovate under a central hub. Student apartments are fully furnished with premium amenities and cityscape views, complemented by office, retail, and lab spaces that connect students with local high-tech companies for mentoring and internship programs.
Our M/E team provided design services for student housing (floors 9–13), residential areas (floors 3–8), renovations (floors 16–21), student lounges, chilled-water plant upgrades, the tower master plan, and the fit-out of the Serendipity Labs.
