We are excited to announce that M/E Engineering has joined Salas O’Brien, effective October 2025. Our offices will remain under the same leadership, and our clients can continue to expect the same team and level of service. As M/E and Salas O’Brien work together, we believe clients will benefit from our combined expertise and geographic reach.
As part of the new District Transportation and Services Building, M/E Engineering provided full construction-phase commissioning services. The facility supports school bus and district vehicle maintenance, building and grounds, facility services, and public safety operations.
Commissioning services included development of a commissioning plan, field observations, functional testing, and final reporting. Systems addressed included HVAC, lighting and controls, domestic water, compressed air, solar array, fire alarm, life safety systems, and the building’s direct digital control system, ensuring all building systems operated as intended and delivered optimal performance.
