Located in downtown Buffalo, Harborcenter is a premier sports, entertainment, training, and retail destination. The multi-use complex features two competition ice rinks, a five-story parking structure, sports performance facilities, and a 205-room Marriott Hotel, all designed to support year-round activity.
M/E Engineering provided commissioning services for the ice arena, training areas, and parking garage within a tight 16-month construction schedule for the attached Marriott Hotel. Our scope included full commissioning of HVAC systems, lighting and lighting controls, and specialized ice systems for the facility to achieve LEED Silver certification.
