The New York Racing Association embarked on the construction of a brand new racing facility at the Saratoga Racecourse. The 1863 Club is a three-story, climate-controlled facility featuring luxury suites, private balconies, event spaces, and a 500-person restaurant. Full commissioning services were provided for the new facility, ensuring all building systems met design intent and performance requirements. Systems commissioned included HVAC units, air handling and heat recovery systems, ventilation and exhaust fans, lighting and lighting controls, domestic water, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
