To support its Western New York operations, the New York Power Authority (NYPA) developed a $17 million, three-story office and warehouse facility on a greenfield site. As the nation’s largest state public power organization, NYPA is leading New York’s transition to a carbon-free, sustainable future.
M/E Engineering provided full commissioning services to ensure all systems met design intent and performance goals, contributing to the facility’s achievement of USGBC LEED Gold certification.
