Complete renovation of a historical 1952 Auditorium at Our Lady of Mercy High School. LED theatrical lighting, LED color-changing house lights, professional sound system, fire protection and air conditioning were added to the space. A 1,800 SF Black Box Theatre addition was constructed adjacent to the Auditorium on an existing Gym roof. Music classrooms and practice rooms were completely renovated. All spaces were provided with climate control via high-efficiency rooftop units.
