• Development of a Commissioning Plan
• Review of submittals for equipment and systems to be commissioned
• Development of Prefunctional Checklists
• Development of Functional Test Procedure
• Attendance at Commissioning meetings (up to 4) during construction
• Periodic construction observation visits
• Maintain an Issues and Resolutions Log
• Completion of Functional Performance Testing
• Verification of DDC system operation
• Review of HVAC Testing and Balancing Reports
• Final Commissioning Report
• Deferred commissioning
