Project Highlights

M/E Engineering, P.C. provided Fundamental Commissioning Services for this sports, entertainment, training and retail complex.  The facility included two competition ice rinks, five stories of covered parking, sports training facility and a 200 room Marriott Hotel.  Our commissioning responsibilities addressed all building HVAC, lighting, lighting controls and ice systems for this LEED Silver Certified facility.

Challenges

The project included a very tight 16 month construction schedule that forced final commissioning of the ice arena, training areas, and parking garage to be completed while the hotel was under construction.
