Project Highlights

This contemporary wood structure is a 2-story, 67,000 SF mixed-use, multi-family apartment building located in Henrietta, NY.  The 61 unit, 1-2 bedroom, $12.1M dollar building was designed to meet the EPA's Energy Star 3.0, NYS HCR guidelines and NYSERDA's PON 2309 program requirements for energy efficiency.  The building houses 50% Office of Mental Health tenants and 50% affordable housing tenants.  Special consideration was given to provide many amenities to accommodate and provide services for the large local hearing impaired community.

Integration of the hearing assistance systems with the standard building systems.
