Project Highlights
Energy Conservation Master Plan developed for the entire college campus. Project addressed 41 campus buildings and site energy improvements.

Comprehensive Energy Audit/Master Plan of 41 buildings comprising the Roberts Wesleyan College. Study included utility meter evaluation of all buildings, estimated segregation of energy consumption by use and identification of energy conservation opportunities and operations and maintenance measures such as the following:
- Interior lighting upgrades
- Exterior lighting upgrades
- Rooftop HVAC unit replacement
- Conversion of HVAC systems to geothermal system
- Water heater repalcement
- Direct digital control system upgrades
- Boiler system replacement
- Low flow plumbing systems
- Variable speed drives for fans and pumping systems
- Conversion of constant volume air systems to variable air volume
- Energy Star appliances
