Ardith Russell - M/E Engineering

We're very pleased to announce that Ardith J. Russell will be joining our growing team here at M/E Engineering.  Ardie joins us with nearly 30 years' experience in art direction, marketing and communications.  Educated as an art curator with a minor in environmental policy, she served for 15 years as Executive Director of the nonprofit Spring Street Gallery in Saratoga Springs, NY, representing organizations such as American Farmland Trust, Land Trust Alliance, and The Nature Conservancy.  From there, she entered the world of commercial exhibition design where her clients included Brown Forman, Beam Suntori, Campari, Select Sotheby's International, New York Racing Association, and SI Group. Her recent portfolio includes curating distinctive environments at the New York Stock Exchange, Saratoga Race Course, and New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation.

Here at M/E Engineering, Ardie is charged with overseeing our marketing departments in 4 offices across the state.  In this position she'll affect internal and external communications, as well as play a key role with others in the organization to develop and implement cultural initiatives.

"With our continued growth over the past 30 years, we were constantly challenged by not having a person overseeing our marketing efforts, communications, and projecting our cultural initiatives to the outside world.  This has become more pressing as our work has expanded throughout the eastern half of the country and our client base now includes many national firms.

By filling this role, Ardie helps to increase our exposure nationally while maintaining the close feel that often accompanies smaller firms.  With her diverse background, she is ideal for this role.  She bridges the communication gap between engineering and our clients, all while embodying our corporate values as we drive to achieve our vision.  She will be a great asset."
